Job Description - Learning Support Assistant - Great Fit for Psychology Graduates
* Working 1:1 / intervention groups with SEND students
* Providing well-being support for students becoming dysregulated
* Working closely with school SENCO / School Psychologists
* Supporting writing EHCP / Individual support plan
Person Specification - Learning Support Assistant - Great Fit for Psychology Graduates
* 1st Class / 2:1 within a relevant degree - Psychology, Criminology, Sociology etc.
* Strong academic background
* Previous experience working with children / SEND
* A desire to make a positive impact in students lives
* Outgoing, confident and robust personality
Job Details - Learning Support Assistant - Great Fit for Psychology Graduates
* Monday - Friday (no weekends / term-time only)
* September 2025 start - full-time
* £105-£115 per day
* Providing support to students with SEND
* Running intervention groups
