Exciting Opportunity: Marketing Assistant
Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

In this pivotal role, you'll work across both divisions of our business with the support of our marketing manager, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. You'll collaborate with the sales team to drive year-on-year growth and position our brand ahead of the competition.
This role is based at our Chatham, Kent office, with the possibility of flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support content creation, including social media posts, website case studies, e-shots etc.
* Assist with planning events and logistics
* Maintain and improve company websites
* Help monitor performance data and provide timely reports
* Assist in managing a variey of marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and focus to the role. The ideal candidate will:
* Have a previous experience in similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Be a creative thinker, with attention to detail
* Demonstrate exceptional IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365, deisgn tools, Asana, Adobe and Wordpress.
* Experience in social media management.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
* Show adaptability and a "can-do" attitude in tackling challenges.
* Experience in SEO, Google Analytics & keyword research
