A leading national law firm with a strong reputation in the health, social care, life sciences and charity sectors is seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its established Corporate & Commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including:
* Contract disputes
* Procurement challenges
* Construction disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Governance issues, complaints and internal investigations
The team advises predominantly public sector clients, including health and social care providers and charities, on complex, high-value and often high-profile contentious matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation (guideline only)
* Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
* Experience across key pre-trial stages, including case assessment, disclosure, witness statements and trial preparation
* Experience of alternative dispute resolution
* The ability to interpret complex contracts and provide clear, practical advice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
* Confidence working independently within a collaborative team
Experience advising health, social care or charity clients, or handling partnership disputes, would be advantageous but is not essential.
