PDI Vehicle / Sales Technician Required for Car Dealership in Guildford
1. Pay: £32,000 Basic + £38k Bonus

3. Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per year with an achievable £38,000 on-target earnings
4. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, no weekend work
5. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service length
6. Full manufacturer training and support with IMI or City & Guilds Level 3 certification

Duties of the PDI / Sales Technician:
9. Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used vehicles to ensure optimal quality
10. Prepare part-exchange vehicles for retail sale, ensuring they meet dealership standards
11. Assist with sales-related tasks, including making vehicles retail-ready
12. Support a team of technicians and collaborate to ensure smooth workshop operations
13. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through consistent quality work
14. Keep documentation up to date and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Requirements of the PDI / Sales Technician:
15. Level 3 qualified in MOT Testing and vehicle technicians
16. Proven experience in pre-delivery inspections and sales preparation
17. Positive attitude and team player mentality are essential
18. A clean driving licence and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
19. Good communication skills and willingness to learn
20. Certifications in IMI or City & Guilds Level 3 are required prior to starting
