Person Specification:
1. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Playwork, Childcare, Early Years, or Qualified Teacher Status, or willingness to work towards a qualification.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with children aged 4 – 11 years.
3. Knowledge: Good understanding of relevant national standards and guidance for Out of School Care; awareness of child protection issues and procedures.
4. Skills: Effective organizational and administrative skills.
5. Communication: Ability to inform, persuade, inspire, and motivate children and staff; build rapport with parents and school leads.
