Job Description
* Serve as the face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre during night shifts, welcoming guests with a warm and personal touch.
* Assist general hotel operations at night and support other departments for the next day.
* Be a proactive, autonomous and passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving service quality.
* Perform night audits and safety checks to ensure everyone is safe and well‑looked after.
* Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure all charges are accurate and posted promptly.
* Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
* Document all internal and guest messages accurately.
* Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
* Carry out additional duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Qualifications
* Prior experience with OPERA Cloud is valued.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong customer service skills.
