What you will do:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
* Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
* Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
* Managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates
* Meeting individual and team targets with a focus on results
* Continuously developing your market knowledge and personal brand
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales, customer service, or working in target-driven roles (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
* A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
