Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations, providing accurate and professional advice to vendors.
Convert valuations into instructions, achieving and exceeding agreed targets.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the selling process.
Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, and the wider community.
Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister within estate agency
Strong knowledge of the North Leeds property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
