* 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position
* Supporting a pupil with specific learning and developmental needs
* Helping with tailored activities, classroom participation and daily routines
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
* Creating a positive, structured and encouraging learning environment
About YouWe're looking forsomeone who:
* Has experience working with children with SEN (school experience desirable)
* Is patient, proactive and nurturing in their approach
* Can build strong, supportive working relationships
* Is reliable, adaptable and confident following support plans
* Works well as part of a collaborative school team
