We are seeking a skilled HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team on a full-time basis for a 3-month period. * Deliver high-quality, personalised care to patients across various specialisms such as neuro/stroke, orthopaedics, and medical rehab.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and therapy assistants, ensuring cohesive care delivery.
* Demonstrate clinical autonomy, sound decision-making, and robust discharge planning skills.
* Manage complex patient rehabilitation, using strong clinical reasoning to influence care outcomes positively.
* Engage proactively in multidisciplinary collaborations to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, carers, and colleagues to support optimum care delivery.
