Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to support a CEO in a small to medium-sized business, working closely with another PA based in Italy. When the CEO is in the UK, you'll take the lead on diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and occasional personal assistance such as preparing coffee or lunch. When the CEO is away, your role will shift to broader office management duties including facilities, supplies, and general administration. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring experience from a small or medium-sized business where you've worn multiple hats and thrived in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment. Maturity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset are key. You'll be comfortable working in a formal setting and confident liaising with senior stakeholders. While Italian or French language skills are a bonus, they're not essential. Most importantly, you'll have a fresh, energetic approach and a willingness to get stuck in.
