My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, has a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Operator with experience in CNC milling or CNC turning.

The Job:
* Set and edit programmes using Fanuc controls.
* Experience of programming would be a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge of manual machining would be desirable.
* Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Inspection of own work using conventional measurement techniques.
* Confident CNC Miller or CNC turning.
* Training and progression offered.
About you:
* Experience of working within a metal cutting environment producing precision parts to tight tolerances.
* Experience of operating, setting up and editing of milling machines.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
* Confidence and the ability to work in a precision engineering environment and the ability to work on bespoke and one-off items.
* Experience of CNC milling machines. Tooling and set-ups would be a distinct advantage.
* Flexible to work rotating day shifts.
* Willing to work overtime as and when required.
