What You Will Do:
* Deliver high-quality statutory services to children and families in need of assessment, intervention, and support.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, and required services under relevant legislation and frameworks.
* Develop and implement care plans that safeguard and promote children’s welfare.
* Engage with families, schools, and partner agencies to ensure holistic, multi-agency approaches.
* Maintain accurate case recordings, complete written reports, and ensure timely responses to safeguarding concerns.
* Contribute to service improvements and team discussions to promote best practice.
About You:
* Social Work England (SWE) registered
* Strong experience in frontline children’s social work, ideally within a duty and assessment or safeguarding context
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload
* A collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement
