Responsibilities
:
1. Oversee all on-site demolition activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
2. Ensure strict adherence to agreed methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures
3. Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
4. Enforce safe demolition practices across all operations
5. Ensure company standards are consistently applied across clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
6. Assess and manage varying levels of risk associated with different stakeholders
7. Develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, services, and operational assets
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role within the UK
9. Background in demolition and/or construction projects
10. Technical foundation in mechanical or civil engineering
11. Strong working knowledge of UK safety regulations and best practices
12. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
