From September 2026, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Brookhurst Primary School at an exciting stage in its journey. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated practitioner to extend their impact across the school, supporting high-quality teaching and learning. As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of excellent provision for all pupils. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to lead learning in classes, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to raising standards and improving outcomes. You will be trusted to take initiative, demonstrate strong classroom practice, and support consistency across the school.
