Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our friendly team based in Exeter.
Salary – £33,000 plus bonus
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This role involves the management of a variety of teams and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of projects and sites.
We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious individual with excellent leadership and time management skills.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
* Managing and monitoring projects.
* Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
* Visiting clients and potential clients on their sites.
* Noticing and attending to any special needs and service issues on projects.
* Planning, pricing and scaling projects and general tenders.
* Ensuring quotations are accurate, well-presented and planned as economically as possible.
* Obtaining appropriate samples for projects in co-ordination with the Buying department and working with normal Designer Contracts suppliers wherever possible.
* Measuring for flooring and blinds on site.
* Must be able to carry out small remedial jobs.
* Liaising between multiple teams, including those in the regional office and those on site.
Key requirements:
* Previous experience within the flooring industry desirable but not essential.
* Confidence and a positive can-do attitude.
* A full UK driving licence, so site visits can be carried out.
* You may be required to drive a transit sized vehicle.
* A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
* Will be required to gain a current CSCS card
* Must be willing to gain a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualification.
