Customer Team Leader
Location: Westfield Lane, Scholes, Cleckheaton, BD19 6EW
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

Must be aged 18 or over to become a Customer Team Leader at Co‑op, as you will need to authorise age‑related sales.
What you’ll do
* Deliver friendly, welcoming, helpful and thoughtful service every day, working in our in‑store bakery and taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respected.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for customers.
* Support the store manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co‑op community plan.
