Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: At least 3 years experience in an IT support role Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration skills Windows 10 and Windows 11 support experience Experience working with ITSM or Service Desk systems Exposure to mobile device management solutions (Intune highly advantageous) A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach Responsibilities: Providing 2nd Line support across desktop, server, network and business applications Managing incidents through to resolution with clear and timely user communication Conducting root cause analysis and contributing to long-term technical fixes Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows environments Assisting with device management across laptops, mobile devices and MDM platforms Supporting core business systems and liaising with third-party suppliers where required Contributing to system upgrades, service improvements and IT projects Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and software lifecycle management Assisting with networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting Technologies: Active Directory Hardware Support ITSM LAN Microsoft 365 Mobile Network Windows Office 365 More: We are an established, multi-site UK business looking to appoint an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our growing internal technology team.
