As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team.
This is a critical role for ensuring our business wins and delivers contracts that drive growth and success.

The Role
· Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
· Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for the Business Development team.
· Explaining our services and the value we provide to prospective clients.
· Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Achieving and exceeding targets to contribute to the company's growth.
· Updating the CRM system with client information and sales activity.
· Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
· A confident and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
· Someone self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for sales.
· Ability to handle rejection with resilience and determination.
· A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous telesales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
