Deputy Officer in Charge

Responsibilities
* Assist the Officer in Charge in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
* Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
* Manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize team effectiveness.
* Facilitate communication between departments and ensure collaboration across organizational units.
* Monitor operational performance metrics and report on areas for improvement.
* Lead special projects as assigned by the Officer in Charge, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Act as the Officer in Charge in their absence, making key decisions and representing the organization at meetings or events.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role or similar capacity.
* Strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to manage teams and drive motivation among staff members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Pay Per Hour: £18.26
