Are you an enthusiastic, upbeat and committed natural born leader? Do you have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy? Like us you'll be passionate about food & drink. With previous experience in hospitality supervision, ideally in a similar role but not essential. You'll just need to be hand's on with a "can do" attitude and able to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends. You'll be able to motivate small and medium teams around shared goals.
Our front of house Duty Managers are the glue that holds the operation together. The role of Duty Manager can be varied but always centred around ensuring our guests have a great experience with us. You'll be managing a small to medium team on shift making sure we have the right people in the right places. We like to make our guests feel at home and you make that happen by ensuring a slick front of house operation, from a friendly welcome to reading the guests needs throughout their visit, your role is to help build a great relationship with the FOH & BOH teams and provide them with everything they need to give lovely experiences in our venues.
Hours:
- Full time to suit the needs of the business 38-45 hours per week.
Personal Requirements:
- Ideally 1 year of supervisory experience in a table service-based role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience of developing great professional relationships with both colleagues & guests.
