We’re looking for a commercially minded creative lead/senior designer to drive and evolve the UKLASH brand’s creative identity, leading concept development and execution across digital, print, and physical environments. You’ll own creative innovation through AI integration and campaign performance analysis, ensuring every creative output supports brand equity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Creative Direction
* Lead concepting, visual direction, and toolkit creation for 360° campaigns across DTC, paid, social, email, retail, and influencer.
* Partner with Growth and Content teams to co-develop briefs that blend storytelling with performance objectives.
* Deliver content in line with UKLASH’s brand identity, values, and tone of voice, demonstrating an excellent eye for detail and strong typography and layout skills across all digital and print platforms. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently updated.
Production & Asset Delivery
* Oversee and deliver a wide range of assets across all relevant channels (DTC, marketplace, retail) through to delivery, such as paid social media campaigns, video edits, video grading, digital product assets, and print materials (including packaging, marketing collateral and OOH).
* Manage the prioritisation process with the Director of Brand Marketing to ensure alignment with business priorities and goals, campaign deadlines and deliverables. Ensure this is communicated to the wider team and managed in Asana.
* Manage the production process for product and campaign shoots; sourcing and selecting models, manage image usage, retouching and final deliverables.
* Manage the allocated budget for all production from model, product shoots, OOH image usage, retouching to content shoots.
Packaging & Print Design
* Own art direction and execution for print campaigns, OOH, POS displays, and packaging, ensuring physical brand presence feels as elevated and consistent as digital.
* Collaborate with suppliers to finalise dielines, mock-ups, and materials with attention to commercial and regulatory constraints.
Creative Innovation & AI Enablement
* Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly) to improve workflow speed, asset diversity and testing velocity.
* Document and share processes internally to upskill the wider team and embed a test-and-learn culture.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
* Coach and guide the Graphic Designer and Videographer & Video Editor. Run critiques, skill-shares and creative development plans.
* Help evolve team structure and freelance/agency partnerships as business needs grow.
Performance Collaboration
* Define and review KPIs in partnership with, brand and growth teams.
* Champion creative A/B testing and use results to optimise future output.
Requirements
* 6+ years in a creative/design leadership role (in-house or agency), ideally in beauty, lifestyle or fashion.
* Portfolio demonstrating both digital and physical brand world-building (campaigns, packaging, OOH).
* Demonstrated use of AI in concept development or production.
* Experience owning campaign rollouts across performance and brand channels.
* Strong understanding of print production and packaging processes.
* Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, generative AI, Google Slides.
* Proven leadership or mentorship experience.
* Strong understanding of creative performance: optimising for but not limited to KPIs such as thumbstop and hook retention, CTR, ROAS, MER, including adapting creative for testing variables (e.g., hooks, CTAs, format).
