Experience of working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients across a broad range of private family law matters is essential. Mediation experience is beneficial. You should be comfortable managing a busy caseload and have an interest in or experience with business development.
Responsibilities
* Manage a busy caseload in private family law, providing exceptional legal advice to clients.
* Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on empathy and client care.
* Contribute to business development activities and firm growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality family law services.
Qualifications
* Experience in family law; early-career (NQ) plus considered for a clear career development pathway.
* Experience with or commitment to pursuing a career as a family law specialist.
* Experience of working with HNW clients across private family law matters; mediation experience is beneficial.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and interest in business development.
* PQE level and salary guidance are provided as a guide.
