More About Your Role
A varied and interesting role, as Duty Manager you will wear many hats. You will manage and train staff, deal with customer concerns, drive memberships, maintain facilities, run events, and attend meetings. Represent the Places Leisure and lead the team to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.
Flexible working required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
More About You
Managing a small team; prior supervisory or management experience in a leisure facility is desirable.
First aid experience and registration is a plus.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills are required.
Level 2 or higher fitness instructor certificate preferred to support gym team running junior workout sessions and member inductions.
