We are seeking a 2 - 5 year PQE Solicitor or Associate to join our Corporate team. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to the growth of the team and will have opportunities for personal development and progression.
This role involves advising clients on acquisitions, mergers, disposals of companies and businesses, investor transactions, and various international deals.
You will support all aspects of drafting, negotiating legal documents, and advising clients in a collaborative environment under the supervision of partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing documentation for corporate transactions
2. Supporting partners and fee-earners across the team
3. Managing your own transactions and files
4. Interacting directly with clients
5. Participating in meetings with clients and legal colleagues
6. Attending business development events and pursuing new opportunities
7. Providing efficient and friendly client service
Candidate Profile:
Strong attention to detail, flexibility to meet deadlines, and good communication skills are essential. An interest in business development and experience in corporate law and M&A transactions are highly desirable. This role offers significant opportunities for promotion and career growth.
