This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent, involving the full asset lifecycle from site identification, negotiation, acquisition, planning, construction, to asset management. You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, authorities, agents, and developers.
You will own the development and planning processes from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and meeting tight deadlines.

Please note, you will be expected to work from our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your designated area at least 3 days a week.
Note: Internally, this role is called Senior Acquisitions Consultant.
What you'll do
Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals for new stores, create opportunities.
Manage site inspections, development appraisals, due diligence, planning applications from submission to discharge, and legal processes.
Lead expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, agents, landlords, tenants, and developers.
Drive the full development and planning process from initial concept to completion.
Manage real estate assets.
What you'll need
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Degree (2:2 or higher), preferably in a relevant field.
Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, commercial property, or town planning.
MRICS qualification (preferable).
Strong negotiation, communication, organizational skills, and commercial legal understanding.
Analytical mindset, multi-tasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
