About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at Perle Oban Hotel – including the Oban Brasserie and Lulu Bar. This hands‑on leadership role thrives on delivering exceptional service and inspiring a team to create memorable guest experiences. You’ll take ownership of daily F&B operations, ensuring excellence from breakfast through dinner service and cocktail evenings in Lulu Bar, while working closely with the Head Chef and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations across the Oban Brasserie and Lulu Bar.
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences that reflect the warmth and quality of Perle Hotels.
* Recruit, train, and develop an engaged, high‑performing restaurant and bar team.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain excellence in food presentation, service timing, and menu delivery.
* Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, menu management, and upselling.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout all F&B outlets.
* Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
* Handle guest feedback proactively, turning opportunities into positive experiences.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider hotel team to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant and/or bar management within a quality hotel or hospitality environment.
* A natural leader who inspires confidence, teamwork, and high standards.
* Passionate about great food, drinks, and genuine hospitality.
* Financially aware, with a strong grasp of cost control, payroll, and revenue opportunities.
* Professional, approachable, and calm under pressure.
* Hands‑on and visible on the floor – leading by example.
* Flexible, driven, and committed to maintaining the highest service levels.
