We have an exciting new role that has arisen for a fee earner to join our Employment Law Team based at our Redditch office.
Working alongside the Head of Employment, the main duties of the role will be:
* To act for employee and employer clients in respect of employment matters both contentious and non-contentious.
* To ensure the effective management of costs.
* To promote the Firm to existing and new clients.
* To deal with basic commercial and charitable enquiries
Requirements for this role include:
* 3 Years PQE or newly qualified (with experience in Employment Law as part of their Training contract)
* Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
* Working knowledge of case management software
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
Hours: Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.15
Holiday: 26 days plus Bank Holidays
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location / Office base: Redditch (travel to other officesmay be required from time to time)
Working on a fixed fee basis means there is no uncertainty as to your outlay.
