We’re hiring Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team in Corby!
🕒 Shift Pattern:
1. 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
2. 12-hour shifts – Days & Nights
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
3. Assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery
4. Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
5. Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
6. Performing some packing tasks as required
7. Following health & safety procedures at all times
