Job Description
Reporting to the finance manager the accounts assistant plays a key role in the finance team.Duties will include:
3. Efficiently process financial information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Bank reconciliations.
5. Cashbooks.
6. Invoice processing.
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
8. Stay aware of industry changes related to accounting and finance, adhering to relevant legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
9. Ensure the provision of an efficient and professional service to our business associates.
The Successful Applicant
You will have experience in bank reconciliations, cashbooks and invoice processing.Good interpersonal skills.Good attention to detail.
What's on Offer
Initial 6 month FTC.Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000.Role can be based in Cardiff or 100% remote if required.22 day's annual leave + bank.
