Role Overview
As a Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home, lead care professionals, and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered. Building strong relationships with staff, residents, and families is key to the success of the home.
Sanctuary Care operates over 100 care homes, and our team makes a difference from the moment you step through our doors. We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead by example and join our team.

Requirements include previous experience in a nursing setting, strong operational management skills, and a valid NMC Pin. A current driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
