What You'll Do:
1. Provide technical and learning support across music, drama, and dance lessons.
2. Assist with sound and lighting design for school productions, concerts, and showcases.
3. Support the recording and editing of GCSE coursework and help students with music technology tools like Soundtrap and NoteFlight.
4. Maintain and repair a wide range of equipment - from drum kits to microphones - ensuring everything is performance-ready.
5. Help prepare for events by setting up PA systems, amps, and instruments, and occasionally support out-of-hours performances.
6. Keep our performing arts spaces safe, tidy, and inspiring for students and staff alike.
Bonus Skills:
If you can accompany students on piano, that's a fantastic plus - but not essential.
