Salary: £46,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role Strong knowledge of Windows domain environments and Microsoft 365 Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work across all business levels Full UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required Responsibilities: Deliver 1st and 2nd line hardware and application support on-site and remotely Build, upgrade, and maintain PCs, hardware, and operating systems Install and support software applications Administer user accounts and deliver new starter inductions Monitor servers, networks, backups, and overall system health Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Outlook, Teams, and Office Manage IT asset procurement, setup, lifecycle, and disposal Maintain accurate documentation and records Technologies: Hardware Hyper-V Support Microsoft 365 VMware Windows Office 365 More: We are a leading manufacturing group with a busy in-house IT team, and we are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join us.
