Job Purpose
To support the business in the day to day by managing logistics, coordinating projects, handling operational processes, and ensuring smooth administrative organisation across all business areas including product launches, staff management, and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Support
* Coordinate and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Manage logistics for production, deliveries, and product samples.
* Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
* Keep project documentation, trackers, and shared folders up to date.
* Allocate and prioritise resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Administrative & Organisational Tasks
* Manage staff holiday calendars and track time off.
