We primarily serve Cumbria and Dumfries & Galloway, with services extending throughout the UK. We are looking for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice with strong organisation and communication skills to join our team. Key Responsibilities Answering calls and managing customer enquiries CRM data entry and keeping customer records current Supporting data migration and system improvements Drafting and sending customer communications and letters Supporting the wider admin team with day-today tasks Skills & Personal Qualities IT skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office and online systems usage Problem solving mindset Confident, polite and professional phone manner Working within a busy department, the successful applicant will need to be able to use initiative and be solution focused Previous admin experience an advantage Organised and able to work to deadlines Self-motivated and a good team player Qualifications Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C/4 Benefits
