We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Co-ordinator to join Lovell’s East Midlands region, working from our Derby office.
Reporting to our Regional Technical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring Lovell carries out its contractual responsibilities for the coordination of all technical information related to bids, planning applications, detailed design, and construction.
You will attend bid launch, design team, and planning stage meetings, agree on accountabilities, and provide ongoing technical support throughout the process for various live sites. You will liaise with consultants and sub-contractors regarding the construction process, monitor the release of design information against the agreed programme, and encourage innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, with expertise in new build design and build, along with knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards, and legislation. Proficiency in coordinating the distribution of information and competence in CAD are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proven team player capable of working independently. Good written and oral communication skills are required.
