Receptionist Required!
Location: Manchester City Centre
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Office-Based
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We're currently recruiting a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist to join a dynamic team within a portfolio of commercial office buildings in Manchester. As the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, tenants, and contractors with a warm, professional manner
* Manage visitor sign-in and access passes in line with security procedures
* Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting or handling enquiries as needed
* Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area at all times
* Liaise with building management and facilities teams regarding maintenance, deliveries, and health & safety matters
* Support with booking meeting rooms and coordinating building events or communications where required
* Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered consistently
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer service role (ideally in a corporate or commercial setting)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using MS Office and/or visitor management systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional, proactive, and approachable manner
