We are currently recruiting for a global leader in the events industry for the role of Business Development Director. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging your industry network, leading high-value client engagements, and shaping new business strategy. Package: £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Lead Business Development in brand-led live events and experiential marketing, leveraging a strong industry network
Manage New Business Pipeline, tracking progress and conversion through the Commercial tracker
Collaborate Strategically with senior leadership on business development plans and performance reporting
Generate Revenue through solution selling, aligning client needs with experiential, creative, and production services.
Proven new business expertise within experiential and live events
Strong commercial and creative acumen, with a passion for experiential marketing and a forward-thinking, trend-aware approach
Exceptional communicator and persuasive presenter, confident in building rapport and articulating value to clients
Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
