We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced marketing environment and support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
This role would suit someone starting their career in marketing, a recent graduate, or someone looking to gain their first experience in the beauty industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and product launches
* Helping maintain marketing calendars and schedules
* Supporting the coordination of samples, promotional materials and gifting
* Assisting with campaign reporting, presentations and general marketing administration
* Helping ensure projects run smoothly by supporting the wider marketing team
* Working with internal teams and external partners to help bring campaigns to life

* Passionate about beauty, brands and marketing
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with others
* Comfortable using basic tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or Google Sheets
* Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
