The Role
* Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
* Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
* Deliver practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider Residential Property department.
* Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
* Looking for a role with autonomy but without feeling unsupported? This team offers the right balance.
* Help strengthen existing referrer relationships while continuing to build your own profile locally.
You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
* Ideally 5+ years’ Residential Property experience.
* Confident running your own caseload independently.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
* Interested in joining a respected regional firm with genuine progression opportunities.
