Registered Manager – Supported Living
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + generous 6-monthly performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
This is an ideal role for someone passionate about high-quality care, confident in CQC compliance, and motivated by the opportunity to grow services and progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Register with CQC and ensure continuous compliance
2. Lead, supervise, and develop support staff
3. Maintain person-centred care plans, audits, and quality standards
4. Manage rotas, budgets, recruitment, and service delivery
5. Liaise with families, professionals, and local authorities
About You
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager
* Strong leadership and team-building experience
* Skilled in supporting adults with complex needs
* Thorough knowledge of CQC requirements and outcomes-based support
