Role Overview
This role supports our global network of Residential offices, and the UK-based specialist sales desks. Day-to-day, this role will work with people and property from around the world, ranging from a beachfront in the Caribbean to the historic city-centre of Rome. A key part of this role is to coordinate the Savills Global Instagram presence, a dedicated account focusing on International properties and offices, therefore the ideal candidate will have an understanding of social media best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the International Residential team in executing marketing plans through a variety of online and offline marketing channels including emails and newsletters, events, sales and marketing collateral, digital marketing and social media.
- With oversight from the Savills Social Media Team, you’ll work with local markets to develop and execute a content strategy for the Global Residential Instagram channel aligned with business goals and the Savills brand creative. This includes planning, scheduling, daily management and reporting.
- Content creation including visual dev and captioning through Canva.
- Video production, creating scripts, briefing videographers and scoping appropriate locations for shoots.
- Support with ad hoc tasks and administration across the department including managing incoming requests and submissions, weekly team updates, team meeting agendas & presentations, writing design and content briefs, etc. Respond to day-to-day marketing queries and troubleshoot where necessary.
- Community management of the Global Residential network including sharing content, curating monthly newsletters, etc.
- Track budgets and spend for relevant projects and programmes.
- Build positive relationships with the wider marketing team to communicate plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results.
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to guidelines.
Key Skills
- +2 years’ experience in a marketing role or similar role.
- Experience across the marketing mix, including offline and online channels, with a specific knowledge or experience in Social Media, specifically Instagram.
- Able to analyse marketing metrics and summarise performance to make recommendations.
- Good organisation and project management skills with the ability to take tasks and projects to completion and accountability to meet deadlines.
- A good eye for detail in both proof-reading and creative outputs.
- Ability to create eye-catching visuals, videos, and compelling storytelling.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexible and able to deal with competing demands and priorities.
- Preferred – Tech savvy and familiar with Canva, Capcut, video editing software, and scheduling tools (e.g. Sprinklr).
- Preferred – Understanding of Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, & social tools.
You’ll Need to
- Be able to work from our Margaret Street (London) headquarters at least three days a week.
- Have a passion for property with some knowledge of the global residential real estate markets.
- Occasionally travel in the UK for events, filming and key meetings.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills. Multilingual skills are a plus.
