Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Administrator/ Recruitment Resourcer for a Solihull based company. This is a brand-new role at a time of growth, you will be speaking to key stakeholders and managing the recruitment process. Your daily role include speaking to candidates in a variety of different roles, interviewing, qualifying, presenting to hiring managers and managing the recruitment process. This role is an office based role, working Monday to Friday 9-5. Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the wider recruitment team with sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
* Write job adverts and monitor inbound job applications, following up with potential candidates as required
* Format candidates CV’s and send over to clients
* Manage client relationships, managing the interview process and offer process for both candidates and clients
Skills & experience required.
* 6 months experience in a recruitment role, either external or internal, specifically on the candidate side
* Excellent communications skills, on the telephone and on email
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidence to have difficult conversations with hiring managers and candidates
