We now wish to recruit for the following opportunity: Maintenance Methods Manager (MMM/25/1) Reporting to the Maintenance Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible formanaging the maintenance methods team, driving improvements through lean practices and supporting the wider maintenance team. Key responsibilities will include the following: Development of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) for the plant and the integration of other maintenance best practices into the daily working approach. Development of methods and work instructions to standardise and improve working. Delivery of best practice training and coaching to a team of 5 Maintenance Methods Engineers. Engineering projects to bring about proactive improvements. The resolution of reactive issues. Experience of maintenance best practices e.g. TPM and RCM Experience of using process improvement problem-solving techniques. Experience of managing projects within time & budget constraints. Ability to motivate, lead and delegate a team.
