We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company with over 40 years of experience delivering high-quality Mechanical and Electrical solutions across sectors such as industrial facilities, logistics, food production, pharmaceuticals, data centres, mining, healthcare, commercial environments, hospitality, premium residential, public sector, and energy projects.

Role Overview
The Document Controller will manage all on-site administrative and document control activities for projects, supporting the project team and ensuring smooth flow of information.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the project’s SharePoint environment, including folder structure and organisation.
* Control and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documentation via approved systems and client platforms.
* Support initial project setup and contribute to requirements within the Project Management System.
* Schedule meetings, compile reports, and track follow-up actions.
* Develop and maintain a structured filing and archiving process.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
* Maintain site records, including weekly progress reporting.
* Assist the Health & Safety team with audits and SharePoint-based safety documentation.
* Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors’ document control and site administration teams.
* Help establish, manage, and improve document management processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a site-based administrative or document control role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy site environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to develop positive working relationships with project teams and external stakeholders.
* Full driving licence.
