The role:
* Supporting pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs
* Working 1:1 and within small group settings
* Helping to create a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environmentSupporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
* Building trust and positive routines with pupils
The school is looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEN
* Is calm, patient and resilient
* Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Has a genuine passion for supporting young people
* Is reliable and adaptable
Ideal backgrounds include:
* SEN Teaching Assistant
* Behaviour Mentor
* Youth Work
* Support Work
* Psychology or Criminology graduates
* Sports coaching or mentoring backgrounds
