The role will involve the following:
* Answering telephones
* Processing Customers Orders
* Taking customer payments

* Mailing Statements and Invoices
* Labelling/general support where required

* The ability to work well and remain calm under pressure.
* Good memory/Ability to remember products.
* Good computer skills (You will receive on the job training)
* Dealing with account queries
* Arranging deliveries/collections
