Marketing Executive
Location: Hook (fully office-based)
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
This is a hands-on and strategic role where youll help build and develop marketing processes from the ground up. The focus will be on lead generation, content creation, digital engagement, and sales support, while creating scalable systems aligned with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering B2B lead generation strategies
Creating engaging content (case studies, articles, LinkedIn posts)
Managing LinkedIn presence and digital marketing campaigns
Supporting the global sales network with marketing collateral and insights
Coordinating trade shows from planning through to follow-up
Maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting on marketing performance
Supporting strategic initiatives such as market research and competitive analysis
About You:
35 years B2B marketing experience (technical/industrial experience desirable)
Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Confident using CRM systems and analytics tools
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
