The role
You’ll work closely with our founder, Sam, to shape and lead the next phase of our growth.
This isn’t a passive leadership role. It’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, let’s-get-this-done role.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Build and deliver a clear strategic growth plan
Strengthen operations and drive efficiencies across our service model
Lead and inspire our team, while evolving our structure and culture as we grow
Open new commercial doors and nurture high-value relationships through your network
Spot opportunities and make bold, values-led decisions
Represent the brand as a thought leader and ambassador
You’ll thrive here if you:
Have led or scaled a service-based business before (ideally in recruitment, people, HR, or consulting)
Understand what it takes to grow a disruptive business, in a challenging marketplace - and love the messiness of the middle
Are commercial and strategic, but also human, humble and loyal
Know how to structure teams, systems and services to drive efficiency and quality
Have a strong, values-aligned network - and know how to turn relationships into revenue
Are excited by change, creativity, and constant evolution
