Location: Duxford, Cambridge
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. 6am - 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, rotating weekly.

About the Role
Working as part of a team, you will carry out a range of finished‑product packing operations using automatic and semi‑automatic filling equipment to meet high quality and safety standards.
The Duxford facility manufactures a large range of specialist adhesives and related materials for diverse industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate, set and monitor packing equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
2. Clean equipment between campaigns, including full strip‑down and reassembly when required.
3. Complete production documentation accurately and perform quality checks.
4. Work collaboratively to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
5. Report near‑misses, incidents and hazards to support a safe working environment.
6. Maintain high housekeeping standards across the plant, keeping the area clean, tidy and safe.
7. Suggest improvements that enhance quality, cost or productivity.
Skills & Experience Required
8. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Mechanical aptitude.
10. Strong numerical ability with GCSE Maths and English.
11. Experience in manufacturing; chemical or automated environments are advantageous.
12. Forklift Licence or the capacity to learn.
13. Reliable team player with adaptable approach.
14. Computer literacy.
15. This role is physically demanding requiring a certain amount of manual handling, manual dexterity and being on your feet for extended periods.
